Madhya Pradesh HC asks man to receive rakhi tied by lady he had molested, pay Rs 5,000 to her son

Indore: The Madhya Pradesh High Court has requested a married 26-twelve months-extinct man, accused of molesting a woman, to receive a ”rakhi” tied by her on the day of Raksha Bandhan being significant on Monday.

The courtroom also requested the man to give Rs 11,000 to the girl as half of a used offering made by brothers to sisters on the occasion and discover her blessings.

The one bench of Justice Rohit Arya passed the repeat on 30 July while giving conditional bail to the accused, Vikram Bagri.

Within the repeat, the courtroom stated, “The applicant, along along with his wife, shall consult with the dwelling of the complainant with rakhi thread/band on 3 August at 11 am with a field of sweets and put a matter to the complainant to tie the rakhi band to him with the promise to defend her to basically the most productive of his skill for all cases to reach.”

Bagri is accused of entering the 30-twelve months-extinct lady’s apartment in Ujjain, on 20 April, and used to be charged below half 354 (assault or felony pressure to lady with intent to outrage her modesty) of the Indian Penal Code.

“Bagri would restful Rs 11,000 to the complainant as a used ritual usually supplied by brothers to sisters on the occasion and shall also discover her blessings,” the courtroom stated.

Bagri has also been ordered to give Rs 5,000 to the complainant’s son to purchase clothes and sweets.

The excessive courtroom also directed Bagri to furnish personal bonds of Rs 50,000 and solvent surety of equal quantity within the lower courtroom for his liberate.
