743 Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams staffers, alongside side priests, test COVID-19 sure, three tiresome: Legitimate

Tirupati: As many as 743 workers of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) alongside side alongside side some priests of the Lord Venkateswara shrine at Tirumala indulge in tested sure for COVID-19 and three indulge in succumbed to the virus since 11 June, a top TTD edifying acknowledged on Sunday.

The eminent Lord Venkateswara temple in nearby Tirumala governed by the TTD had re-opened on 11 June for public after being shut for two and a half months owing to the coronavirus-triggered lockdown, he acknowledged.

Singhal denied experiences in sections of the media and on social media that TTD had reopened the hill shrine after the coronavirus lockdown for the public with an intention to have faith its coffers.

He acknowledged the frail temple was reopened on requests from devotees and entry was allowed by following strict COVID-19 measures.
