Sooner than Ganesh Chaturthi, IMD predicts heavy to very heavy rainfall in Konkan, central Maharashtra over subsequent five days

Mumbai: Heavy to very heavy rainfall is more seemingly to happen in Konkan and central Maharashtra over the following four to 5 days, the India Meteorological Division has mentioned.

Mumbai and neighbouring Thane are more seemingly to study most rainfall intensity on Friday and Saturday when the Ganesh festival commences, IMD Mumbai centre’s deputy director-strange  KS Hosalikar mentioned.

The 10-day Ganesh festival will originate on 22 August.
