Indian Wrestler Sakshi Malik has written to Top Minister Narendra Modi asking what medal she would must always bring to receive the prestigious Arjuna award, a day after the Sports Ministry determined against bestowing the award on broken-down Khel Ratna winners Sakshi Malik and Mirabai Chanu.
