DU admissions 2020: Over 4,100 practice for admission on day 1 after 4th decrease-off listing launched

Unique Delhi: Over 4,100 candidates utilized for admission to Delhi College’s undergraduate classes beneath the fourth decrease off listing on Monday, officials stated.

“A total of 4,102 candidates utilized for admission on first day beneath the fourth decrease off listing out of which 1,682 wre accepted on the serene time itself,” a senior DU abundant stated.

The Delhi College on Saturday announced the fourth decrease-off listing, with over 64 p.c seats already stuffed as much as now.

“Over 55,000 seats were stuffed earlier, on the different hand, after cancellations and withdrawals, the the relaxation number is 45,542. There are total 70,000 seats this year,” the abundant stated.

As per the fourth decrease-off listing announced on Saturday, many classes were closed for quite lots of categories while there became a dip of one to 2 per cent in certain classes.

This year, the admission project is completely being held on-line due to the the coronavirus pandemic
