Madhya Pradesh authorities to space up ‘gau cupboard’, says Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan


Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh authorities has made up our minds to space up a ”gau cupboard” for the security and promotion of cows in the whisper, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan mentioned on Wednesday.

The first meeting of the ”gau (cow) cupboard” will be held on 22 November, he mentioned.

“It has been made up our minds to constitute a ”gau cupboard” for the security and fostering of godhan (cow and its progeny) in the whisper,” Chouhan mentioned in a tweet in Hindi.

Ministers of the animal husbandry, forest, panchayat and rural trend, income, dwelling and farmers’ welfare departments will be incorporated on this cupboard, the chief minister mentioned.

“The first meeting will be held at noon on 22 November to tag Gopashtami at Gau Sanctuary in Agar Malwa,” Chouhan mentioned.
