Indian Navy recovers body of lacking MiG-29k pilot Nishant Singh from seabed off Goa flit


The Indian Navy on Monday recovered the body of lacking MiG-29ok pilot Commander Nishant Singh 11 days after his plane crashed into the Arabian sea, per several media stories.

As per The Times of India, Singh’s body became came upon 30 miles off the flit of Goa on the sea bed 70 metres under water after an huge search mission.

India At this time reported that as per protocol, his family has been suggested and DNA tests are underway to ascertain Singh’s identification.

Singh had been lacking since 26 November after his MiG-29K coach plane crashed into the Arabian Sea. Rescue teams were in a draw to improve one amongst the 2 pilots on board.

Final week, the Indian Navy recovered some debris from the MiG-29K plane.
