Centre appoints Rajesh Bindal as performing Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir Excessive Court


Contemporary Delhi: Justice Rajesh Bindal became as soon as on Tuesday appointed as the performing Chief Justice of the frequent excessive court for the Union territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, as per a rules ministry notification.

He has been asked to compose the tasks of the workplace of Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir Excessive Court with operate from 9 December consequent upon the retirement of Chief Justice Gita Mittal, as per the notification.

On switch to the excessive court of Jammu and Kashmir, he took oath of workplace in November 2018.

Justice Gita Mittal became as soon as appointed as an additional deem of Delhi Excessive Court in July, 2004.
