TRP rip-off case: Dilapidated COO of rankings agency BARC Romil Ramgarhia arrested in Mumbai

Mumbai: Mumbai Police on Thursday arrested used Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Broadcast Viewers Learn Council (BARC) in reference to the alleged TRP (Tv Score Gains) rigging rip-off, an grand said.
