New Delhi: Farmer unions on Monday announced a national ‘chakka jam‘ on 6 February when they’d block nationwide and allege highways for three hours in screech in opposition to the web ban in areas shut to their agitation sites, harassment allegedly meted out to them by authorities, and other points.
Union leaders told a press convention on the Singhu Border in Delhi that they’ll block the roads between 12 pm to a pair pm on 6 February.
Additionally they alleged that farmers had been “omitted” within the Union Funds 2021-22, and water and vitality present had been curtailed at their screech venues.
The Samkyukt Kisan Morcha, an umbrella physique of protesting unions, also alleged that the Twitter accounts of Kisan Ekta Morcha and a user named ‘Tractor2Twitter’ had been restricted.
Swaraj Abhiyan chief Yogendra Yadav alleged the motion in opposition to the Twitter fable used to be taken on the “demand of executive authorities”.
He also claimed that the Union executive has “diminished the allocation to agriculture sector” on this Funds.
