Sonipat: Labour rights activist Nodeep Kaur used to be granted bail on Monday in a second case registered in opposition to her, said her counsel.
The 23-year-old activist will, on the opposite hand, must dwell in Karnal jail as her bail plea in yet any other case, registered on 12 January, used to be rejected earlier by a sessions court.
Kaur is going by three cases that consist of charges of strive and murder and extortion. She is a member of the Mazdoor Adhikar Sangathan and a resident of Giadarh village in Punjab’s Muktsar district.

The activist continues to dwell in jail in any other case which has been registered under varied IPC sections, together with strive and murder.
